Ordering and Payment FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal for our payment system and they accept: Mastercard, Visa, and Bank transfers. Although you will need a Paypal account for Bank Transfers.

Currency Conversion
The prices displayed after using our currency converter are a guide only, for currencies other than Australian Dollars (AUD). The actual amount charged will be displayed during Paypal checkout or on your related financial statement. This amount may not include foreign currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

Order Incomplete or Paid-Processing.
If you paid for your order and it says it's Incomplete or it says Paid-Processing for some time, there was a problem generating serial keys. Please contact orders@stellarworks.com.au

How do I download my purchase?
Log into your Stellarworks customer account and click on the Download link provided in the Invoice, or go to My Products under My Account which also provides links to your serial keys.

I can't login to my customer account.
Cookies must be enabled in your web browser.

I've lost my password.
Use the 'I Forgot my password' option on the login page, and enter your account's email address. If you have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts you may have to wait 30 minutes before you can login again.

Do you provide software on CDs?
No, we only provide Digital Downloads. If you want a product on a CD/DVD, you will have to do it yourself.

I want to cancel an order.
Simply go to your Stellarworks customer account and then navigate to My Orders under My Account, and select the desired order. Click on the Cancel button.

My Invoice Email didn't arrive.
Check your spam/junk folder, otherwise simply log into your Stellarworks customer account and go to My Orders under My Account, and select the order in question and press the Resend Invoice button.

How do I purchase additional licenses?
Log into your Stellarworks customer account and add the desired product to your Shopping Cart. View your Shopping Cart and it should automatically detect you are purchasing extra licenses and use the correct price. Then simply enter the number of licenses you want.

I lost my product/serial key, where can I retrieve it?
Log into your Stellarworks customer account and go to My Products under My Account. It will list the products you own with links to their serial keys and provide links to download them.

I've found a bug with your program/website.
Please check the appropriate Support page for known issues or contact support@stellarworks.com.au with the details of the problem you have discovered.

Where do I download Updates?
Either select Check Version under the About menu in the program itself or log into your Stellarworks customer account and go to My Products under My Account. A link to any updates will be displayed along side the products you own.
